1990’s Lynx Parallax Iron Set - RH, 3-SW, Stiff Steel, New GP Grips -

This is the set of irons that got Fred Couples to sign up with Lynx in 1991/92. Designed by David Boone, who was inspired by the success of the Ping Eye 2 irons and the Tommy Armour 845s the first set of these were sent to Freddy Couples which he gamed and promptly won The Johnny Walker World Championship. Couples officially joined Lynx in Jan. 1992 and would go in to win that year’s Masters with these Lynx Irons. Sweet old school set of investment cast irons that are forgiving. This set comes with stiff steel shafts and new Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 Standard Grips. The set consists of 9 clubs = 3/4/5/6/7/8/9/PW/SW.
